Flock

Terms of Use

Version 1 · Updated September 23, 2026

These are the rules for using Flock. They are short on purpose, and they apply to everyone.

1. Who we are

Flock is operated by Lang Ministries Inc, a nonprofit corporation incorporated in Florida, USA. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Lang Ministries Inc, and “you” means the person using Flock.

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use Flock

Flock is for people 13 and older. If you are under 13, please don’t use Flock. If you are under 18, use Flock with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

You can’t use Flock if we have removed you from it before.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. One account is for one person. Keep your phone and your Apple or Google account secure: anything done through your signed-in account is treated as done by you.

4. What you post

What you write, record and upload is yours. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store it, copy it, process it (for example, to transcribe a sermon or read a reflection aloud) and show it to the people you posted it to and to anyone you send a share link to. The licence ends when you delete the post or your account, except for copies in backups, which are deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

Only post what you have the right to share.

5. No tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don’t post, send or share:

If you break these rules we will remove what you posted, and we may remove your account without warning.

6. Reports, blocking and moderation

You can report any post, comment or person from the menu beside it, and you can block anyone. Blocking hides their content from you and yours from them, everywhere in Flock, and they are not told.

We review every report within 24 hours. When something breaks these terms we remove it, and we remove the accounts of the people who post it. Posts, comments and names also pass an automatic filter before they are published.

7. Group leaders

Each group has an owner and may have shepherds. They can decide who joins, remove posts and comments in their group, and see that a post in their group was reported — never who reported it. Leaders are members like you, and these terms apply to them too.

8. Scripture

Flock includes the World English Bible and the King James Version. Their attributions, and the licences for the software Flock is built on, are in the app under Settings → Open-source licences.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. It happens immediately, and our Privacy Policy says exactly what is removed. We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

10. The app from the App Store

If you installed Flock from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. Apple is not responsible for Flock or for these terms.

11. No warranty

Flock is free, and it is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lang Ministries Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Flock, and our total liability to you is limited to one hundred US dollars. Where the law where you live does not allow these limits, they do not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute about them will be heard in the courts of Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

13. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes. Using Flock after a change means you accept it.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms, a report you want to follow up on, or a copyright complaint: write to support@flock.family. You will hear back from a person.
